Surah Naba Pdf Surah e Naba is in the start of Para No 30 and it is the 78th Surah in Quran with 40 ayats. It is Makki Surah. The word Naba is Arabic Word and the meaning of Naba is “Good News”,

Arabic Text:
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
عَمَّ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ عَنِ ٱلنَّبَإِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ٱلَّذِى هُمْ فِيهِ مُخْتَلِفُونَ كَلَّا سَيَعْلَمُونَ ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَيَعْلَمُونَ أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِهَـٰدًۭا وَٱلْجِبَالَ أَوْتَادًۭا وَخَلَقْنَـٰكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا نَوْمَكُمْ سُبَاتًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلَّيْلَ لِبَاسًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلنَّهَارَ مَعَاشًۭا وَبَنَيْنَا فَوْقَكُمْ سَبْعًۭا شِدَادًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا سِرَاجًۭا وَهَّاجًۭا وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمُعْصِرَٰتِ مَآءًۭ ثَجَّاجًۭا لِّنُخْرِجَ بِهِۦ حَبًّۭا وَنَبَاتًۭا وَجَنَّـٰتٍ أَلْفَافًا إِنَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْفَصْلِ كَانَ مِيقَـٰتًۭا يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَتَأْتُونَ أَفْوَاجًۭا وَفُتِحَتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ أَبْوَٰبًۭا وَسُيِّرَتِ ٱلْجِبَالُ فَكَانَتْ سَرَابًا إِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ كَانَتْ مِرْصَادًۭا لِّلطَّـٰغِينَ مَـَٔابًۭا لَّـٰبِثِينَ فِيهَآ أَحْقَابًۭا لَّا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا بَرْدًۭا وَلَا شَرَابًا إِلَّا حَمِيمًۭا وَغَسَّاقًۭا جَزَآءًۭ وِفَاقًا إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًۭا وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا كِذَّابًۭا وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَـٰهُ كِتَـٰبًۭا فَذُوقُوا۟ فَلَن نَّزِيدَكُمْ إِلَّا عَذَابًا إِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ مَفَازًا حَدَآئِقَ وَأَعْنَـٰبًۭا وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتْرَابًۭا وَكَأْسًۭا دِهَاقًۭا لَّا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًۭا وَلَا كِذَّٰبًۭا جَزَآءًۭ مِّن رَّبِّكَ عَطَآءً حِسَابًۭا رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ۖ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًۭا يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّۭا ۖ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًۭا ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ مَـَٔابًا إِنَّآ أَنذَرْنَـٰكُمْ عَذَابًۭا قَرِيبًۭا يَوْمَ يَنظُرُ ٱلْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ ٱلْكَافِرُ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى كُنتُ تُرَٰبًۢا
Surah Naba English:
- What are they asking one another about?
- About the momentous news,
- over which they disagree.
- But no! They will come to know.
- Again, no! They will come to know.
- Have We not smoothed out the earth ˹like a bed˺,
- and ˹made˺ the mountains as ˹its˺ pegs,
- and created you in pairs,
- and made your sleep for rest,
- and made the night as a cover,
- and made the day for livelihood,
- and built above you seven mighty ˹heavens˺,
- and placed ˹in them˺ a shining lamp,
- and sent down from rainclouds pouring water,
- producing by it grain and ˹various˺ plants,
- and dense orchards?
- Indeed, the Day of ˹Final˺ Decision is an appointed time—
- ˹it is˺ the Day the Trumpet will be blown, and you will ˹all˺ come forth in crowds.
- The sky will be ˹split˺ open, becoming ˹many˺ gates,
- and the mountains will be blown away, becoming ˹like˺ a mirage.
- Indeed, Hell is lying in ambush
- as a home for the transgressors,
- where they will remain for ˹endless˺ ages.
- There they will not taste any coolness or drink,
- except boiling water and ˹oozing˺ pus—
- a fitting reward.
- For they never expected any reckoning,
- and totally rejected Our signs.
- And We have everything recorded precisely.
- ˹So the deniers will be told,˺ “Taste ˹the punishment˺, for all you will get from Us is more torment.”
- Indeed, the righteous will have salvation—
- Gardens, vineyards,
- and full-bosomed maidens of equal age,
- and full cups ˹of pure wine˺,
- never to hear any idle talk or lying therein—
- a ˹fitting˺ reward as a generous gift from your Lord,
- the Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything in between, the Most Compassionate. No one will dare speak to Him
- on the Day the ˹holy˺ spirit1 and the angels will stand in ranks. None will talk, except those granted permission by the Most Compassionate and whose words are true.
- That Day is the ˹ultimate˺ truth. So let whoever wills take the path leading back to their Lord.
- Indeed, We have warned you of an imminent punishment—the Day every person will see ˹the consequences of˺ what their hands have done, and the disbelievers will cry, “I wish I were dust.”1

Surah Naba Benefits:
The Holy Prophet PBUH said: “Whoever recites this Surah Allah SWT will be offered him to drink Sharab-e-Tahoor on the day of the judgment”.
- Reading this Surah after zuhr prayer can increase the eyesight. It is also sayings that whoever recipes this surah daily will never lose his eyesight in his life
- Reciting Surah Naa after asar Prayer can increase the faith and make the heart near to Allah and that person will be able to read kalmah on the time of his death
- Reciting this Sura 141 time can increase the respect of person in front of people in his life
- Imam Jafar Sadiq said whoever recites this surah will get a chance to visit Baitullah Sharif in that year
- Reading this Surah is also beneficial for health problems. If you read Surah Naba and then blow on water, all stomach related issues can be cured.
- If you want to live a happy life or you are not happy with your life read Surah Naba 71 times, after that recite surah (la ilaha illa anta subhnaka ini kuntum minaz zalimin) 41 times. You will see a clear changing in your life and live a happily life
Why is this Surah Called Naba?
In this Surah, God mentioned Akhirah and the last day of Judgement. That is the reason it is called Naba.
When was Surah Naba Revealed?
This Surah was revealed in the early days When Muhamad (P.B.U.H) declared himself a Prophet.
What is the Message in Surah e Naba Ayat 8?
In that Ayah, it the message that Allah has Created a man and Women in pairs.
